Authors analyzed the location problems involving distance decay, share rate, and depot efficiency on the passageways of urban underground expressway. The depot choice model was built with the object of maximum depot efficiency, and an iterative arithmetic making use of equilibrium assignment model was developed to steady share rate and to get depot locations with the maximum efficiency. Finally, an example was presented to illustrate the feasibility of the model and iterative arithmetic. The results show that optimal solution can be obtained by depot choice model. The iterative arithmetic can steady the share rate and can make the model convergent, and the depot locations will be optimized in whole.
