Synthesized Evaluation Method of Logistics Center Location Projects Based on Extension Fuzzy Matter-element

Abstract

According to the characters of the logistics center location project evaluation, considering the dynamic character of the logistics system management and the fuzzy of the evaluation index information of the logistics center location projects, authors put forward method of priority-degree evaluation of logistics center location projects based on the extensional fuzzy matter-element. At the course of constructing the evaluation model, authors leaded the triangular fuzzy numbers into the value of the matter-element characteristic variables, and offered a kind of fuzzy matter-element which used the triangular fuzzy numbers to describe value of characteristic variables. This kind of fuzzy matter-element can conveniently and reasonably describe both the uncertain fuzzy index information and the certain accurate index information. Thus, it has a broader applicable scope. Finally, the method was verified by an numerical example. Results show that the method is reasonable and effective. Compared with other methods, it has better superiority.
