为了给带加劲肋钢-混凝土组合蜂窝梁这一新型桥梁结构形式的设计和施工提供参考,对其进行了承载能力的模型试验研究,分析了该结构的变形特征、破坏模式、承载能力和极限状态。根据弯矩-剪力相关方程推导了组合蜂窝梁的承载能力计算公式,并将分析结果与试验结果进行了对比;最后建立组合蜂窝梁的有限元计算模型,对主要参数进行了数值分析。结果表明:承载能力计算值与试验值吻合良好;开孔截面加劲前,组合蜂窝梁由于孔洞边缘局部屈曲而丧失承载能力;开孔截面加劲后,其破坏形态为弯曲破坏。
Abstract
To provide reference for design and construction of steel-concrete composite castellated beams (SCCCB)with reinforced rib, an experimental study was carried out to investigate the bearing capacity of SCCCB. The main mechanical performances of SCCCB, such as deformation performance, failure modes, bearing capacity and limit states, were analyzed. According to the moment-shear interacting equation, formulae for analyzing the bearing capacity of SCCCB were proposed and analysis results and test results were compared. Finite element model of SCCCB was established and the main geometric parameters were numerically analyzed. The results show that calculated and tested values are in good agreement; the loss of bearing capacity of SCCCB with unreinforced perforated rib is due to the local buckling and the failure mode of SCCCB with reinforced perforated rib is flexural failure.
