为了解决现有降温涂层成本高、环保性差、路面污染后降温效果显著下降等问题,制备了一种新型路用降温涂层,通过干燥时间、黏结性能、抗滑性能、耐磨耗性能试验,确定了新型路用降温涂层的最佳配比及涂抹量,系统研究了其路用性能和降温效果,揭示了路用降温涂层的微观结构与降温机理。结果表明:当基础涂层配比为3:2,涂抹量为0.8 kg·m-2时,路用降温涂层干燥时间符合规范要求,并具有较好的黏结性能;掺加抗滑陶粒的路用降温涂层抗滑性能满足规范要求;路用降温涂层耐磨耗性能良好;不同类型路用降温涂层能使沥青路面温度降低5 ℃~9 ℃;降温功能性材料在路用降温涂层中具有良好的分散性,路用降温涂层呈现出新的振动峰,其内部出现了新的官能团。
Abstract
For solving the problems of high cost, poor environmental protection and cooling performance decrease after pollution, a new kind of cooling coating was prepared. The optimum proportion and smearing amount of road cooling coatings were identified, the road performance and cooling performance of road cooling coatings were analyzed comprehensively and the microstructures and cooling mechanism of road cooling coatings were revealed, through tests of drying time, adhesive performance, anti-sliding performance and abriasion resistance performance. The results show that the drying time of road cooling coatings is in accordance with the specification requirement and road coatings have good adhesive performance, when material ratio is 3:2 and the smear amount is 0.8 kg·m-2. The anti-sliding performance of cooling coatings with ceramsite can meet the specification requirement. Road cooling coating has good abrasion resistance performance. The cooling effect of different kinds of cooling coatings is 5 ℃ to 9 ℃. The cooling functional materials can be uniformly dispersed in the cooling coating, the coating presents a new cooling vibration peak, and new functional groups emerge.
