综述

“盾构隧道技术”专刊导语

摘要

随着中国新型城镇化的不断快速推进,城镇人口聚集现象不断增加,居民对于空间环境质量要求也不断提高,轨道交通作为绿色环保的公共交通,在解决城市交通拥堵问题的同时,可引导优化城市空间布局,提高城市环境质量。给排水、电力、通信、煤气等各类管线工程及综合管廊等市政基础设施的建设,可进一步提高城市环境质量。盾构法经过200多年的发展和技术革新,已在国内外的隧道及地下空间开发中得到了广泛应用,特别是在目前城市I轨道交通及快速路、给排水工程、电力管线、通信管线、煤气管线、综合管廊等市政基础设施的建设中起到了极其重要的作用。
中国作为盾构技术发展的后起领航人,已是世界上隧道及地下工程规模最大、数量最多、地质条件和结构形式最复杂、修建技术发展速度最快的国家。盾构技术是岩土工程技术与机械装备技术的有机结合,经过几十年的快速发展,中国制造业规模跃居世界第1位,建立起了门类齐全、独立完整的制造体系。其中,先进的机械制造技术支撑中国盾构实现了自主研发和高度国产化。随着大规模基础设施建设实践和长期的理论、试验研究,中国岩土工程技术取得了长足发展。岩土工程技术与机械装备技术并驾齐驱,促使中国盾构技术日渐成熟。大批省会城市和重要城市迅速掀起的新一轮城市轨道交通建设大潮,极大促进了中国盾构技术的进步;同时,大量超大直径盾构隧道的修建,也进一步推动中国进入世界盾构领域的前列。据不完全统计,目前世界上已建或在建的直径14 m以上的盾构隧道有36座,其中21座在中国,占到了总数的近60%。为了解决上述工程所面临的技术难题,中国在盾构隧道设计方法、施工技术、运营期维护等方面取得了较丰硕的成果,尤其在超大直径盾构设计与施工、各类地层盾构掘削面压力稳定性控制技术、姿态协调性纠偏技术、异形盾构技术、新型驱动技术、刀盘修复技术和快速出碴技术等方面成果显著。
《中国公路学报》作为中国交通领域最具学术影响力的期刊,肩负着推动交通科技创新和成果转化、引领中国交通行业新技术、为“一带一路”交通基础建设保驾护航的历史责任。为促进业内学者相互了解、相互学习、创新思路、共同进步,进一步推动盾构隧道技术的创新和发展,《中国公路学报》编辑部邀请北京交通大学袁大军教授、西南交通大学何川教授、同济大学朱合华教授、山东大学李术才教授和河海大学朱伟教授进行组稿,天津大学张稳军教授和长安大学叶飞教授负责稿件汇总及整理,以专刊的形式出版了盾构隧道领域具有高水平的创新性研究成果。此次专刊共组约稿件近百篇,经编辑部和组稿老师初审,审稿专家复审,主编终审后,最终录用28篇。在此一并感谢组稿老师和审稿专家的辛劳付出与大力协助。专刊主要针对目前业内学者关注热点的盾构隧道管片及接头受力与设计、壁后注浆、刀盘磨损、盾构隧道衬砌抗震、开挖面及端头井稳定性、管片长期服役性能与耐久性,以及盾构隧道结构性态无线感知技术等研究方向的最新成果进行了梳理、归纳和总结,并分析展望了发展动向。专刊以引领盾构隧道技术革新和学术交流为主旨,汇聚知识,贡献力量,助力盾构隧道技术持续高速发展。
鉴于城市地下空间开发利用的现状和趋势,建议业内学者重视盾构隧道技术的多元化发展和新型设备的研发,以应对持续增长的工程需求;在城市轨道交通及地下空间的规划上应做长远考虑,以尽可能减少后继工程修建难度骤增的情况。
