针对青藏高原多年冻土区高寒、大温差环境下公路隧道防冻保温与多年冻土保护问题,依托中国首座多年冻土区公路隧道建设实例,采用有限元软件ANSYS,分析了不同隧道保温隔热层铺设方式下的温度场变化,并利用模糊综合评价方法对保温材料性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:多年冻土区隧道宜采用双层铺设方式;保温材料铺设在二衬表面或离壁铺设时应优先选用福利凯保温板,保温材料夹层铺设时应优先选用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料材料;研究成果可为避免多年冻土区公路隧道冻害和冻土融化,保障结构长期稳定服役提供科学依据。
Abstract
According to the anti-freezing insulation of highway tunnel and permafrost protection under large temperature difference environment in permafrost regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, based on construction of the first highway tunnel in permafrost regions, the variation of temperature field under different insulating laying ways was analyzed by means of finite element software ANSYS. Using the method of fuzzy comprehension evaluation, the comparison of heat insulating material property was analyzed. The results show that tunnels in permafrost regions should adopt the way of double insulating layer. The FLOLIC foam insulating board should be used when the heat insulating material is laid on surface of second lining or away from wall. Rigid polyurethane foam plastics should be used when the heat insulating material is laid between dissection. The research achievements are beneficial to avoid freezing injury and melting of permafrost. Meanwhile, the research achievements provide scientific basis for the long-term and stable service of structure.
